A proud Irishman who now calls Australia home, Niall has extensive construction cost management experience, delivering trusted advice and practical commercial solutions to our clients.

In addition to his project work, NIall plays a pivotal role in the research and compilation of Rawlinsons renowned constriction cost data publications.

With particular expertise in value engineering, Niall has led numerous projects through complex cost challenges to successfully align costs with budgets.

Outside of work, Niall loves spending time with his young family and is a passionate supporter of the Liverpool Football Club.
